- Home loans.
- Mortgage loans.
Documentation services:
- Transfer of khatha.
- Change of name in ownership of electrical and water
connections.
Change in land use:
- Residential to commercial.
- Agricultural to residential.
- Industrial to residential.
Approval of Plans from relevant authorities:
- Bengaluru Development Authority (BDA).
- Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP).
Valuation of property from chartered engineers:
- For the purpose of obtaining loans.
Fee:
- Registration Fee: Rs. 2,500 per property (non-refundable)
- Minimum Depost: Rs. 10,000 (refundable, if not consumed)
